North Hykeham Town Council has a vacancy for a part time Maintenance Technician.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the overall maintenance and safety of town council owned buildings and assets. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility for maintaining a welcoming and functional environment for both staff and the public. The key to the role will be to ensure that the general maintenance, cleaning and security of all town council premises and assets is upheld to an exceptionally high standard and the maintenance of the premises, both internally and externally, ensures a clean, safe and secure condition for all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proficient in maintaining and repairing facilities and systems. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Salary: £12698 p.a.
Hours: 20 hours per week.
Place of work: Town Council premises.
