Fiskerton Parish Council - Vacancy for a Parish Clerk/Responsible Financial Officer (RFO)

Fiskerton Parish Council are seeking applications from an active individual who wishes to join the team as a Parish Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer (RFO) .

Commencing as soon as possible.

Part-time post – 9 hours per week (to be split between both roles).

The Clerk/RFO is responsible to the PC for:
·         Managing the day-to-day business of the Council
·         Providing advice as the Council's Proper Officer & RFO
·         Implementing Council decisions
·         Managing and reporting on the Council’s finances
·         Producing minutes from all of the Council’s meetings

Mainly working from home, with occasional visits to the office and attendance at monthly Council meetings, which are held approximately every 6 weeks starting at 7.00pm at Fiskerton Village Hall.

Salary - You will be paid at the appropriate level from the latest NJC scales.
